Cessna 337 Super Skymaster

In this custom installation we created a streamlined enclosure that conformed with the frontal area of our BTC-195. The Pilot reported that the drag losses were very minimal and added ten miles an hour to his cruise speed as compared to a previous sensor installation. The installed unit features our “SlipScreen” aero deflector and includes room onboard for downlink transmitters and other avionic components.

The control station consists of a horizontal platform mounted over the left rear seat that features 2 monitors, an HD Recorder, and a velcro secured joystick control. Still images can be captured real-time at the same time as recording video by pressing a button on the joystick. Additional information on the system can be found at http://mmds.co/
